Basic game concept.
You are teenagers attending the same midsized school in a midsized southern town in the late 1980's (probably 1988 or 1989). All of you are unknown to you unturned werecreatures. You are all between 11 and 13 years of age. Your character is just entering puberty. It will follow your character's through the training years and the first chapter will end when the characters leave their home town. Other chapters may follow upon interest and inspiration.
The Werecreature Game (still waffling a bit on the name)

Will be using the Taslorian system. This is a system essentially a marriage of cyberpunk and world of darkness system.

Mostly its Cyberpunk 2020 but with just enough stuff to be able to run the supernaturals from world of darkness. I've added another attribute (Magical) Will has added substatistics for Willpower and Sanity. Empathy has a new substatistic called Vitae.
Some new skills have been added and new rules for high level skills have been added (unlikely to matter for this game). Freebie points, Merits and Flaws, and backgrounds have been added.

All of you start as a Homo breed. If you have a really great concept that would have been really close to humans with no knowledge of werecreature society talk to me and we will see if it fits.
Note: I have decided not to restrict thaumaturgy characters since you can't begin with it I don't see an issue.

Starting Points

Statistics 75 points for your age 4 is average during the game you will gain statistic points (some earmarked due to your character’s actions). There are ten attributes. 1-6 are 1 point per statistic point 7-9 costs 2 attribute points 10-11 3 points. Maximum statistic is 8 (you are freakishly special to have an

Background points 5 (you may pre-purchase werecreature special backgrounds and you will gain them in play earlier than other characters)
Freebie points 15
Maximum flaws 10
You may take werecreature or supernatural specific merits and flaws and they will be added to the character when justifiable.
All the werecreatures have a talent that manifests somewhat before they experience their first change. This is not actually supernatural just unusual enough that people would notice it about you.
